At Age Concern Hammersmith and Fulham we are dedicated to providing essential services for older people in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Whether you are an older person or care for an older person as a friend or relative we are here to give practical help, advice and support and look forward to hearing from you.
Our staff and volunteers are fully trained and qualified to offer practical help as well as advice, in everything from form filling to how to access DIY and gardening services.
Most of our services are free but there is a small charge for some of our services.
If you can’t find what you want, please contact us. We are happy to discuss your situation over the phone, but may be able to arrange for a home visit if you prefer to speak to someone in person.
